We are located on the southwest corner of Westheimer and Dairy Ashford in Houston, Texas. Entrance to the parking area is from the eastbound right lane of Westheimer, a few yards before the intersection at Dairy Ashford. Parking is free.

Appointments
Appointments are necessary for all services to ensure the privacy of our clients. At the time of booking a credit card confirmation will be taken. When you book your appointment, please inform our receptionist whether you have any significant health issues or may be pregnant, to make your time with us the most beneficial to you.
Cancellations
Please phone us 24 hours prior to a cancellation or change of an appointment time. It will give us a chance to fill that appointment and maintain our great pricing and policies.
Payment Methods
If you have a Gift Certificate please present it upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cash. Personal Checks are accepted from repeat customers. There is a $30 fee for Returned Checks.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff. Please note the gratuity is not included in the cost of your treatment and may not be charged on credit cards. Gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk. Thank you. We always welcome your comments and suggestions.
Please Be Advised
Men should shave in advance of facials, but not immediately before the facial to prevent skin irritation. Shaving immediately before body scrubs or wrap treatments is not recommended. Eating immediately prior to massage is not recommended.
Check In
Please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow you time to change into a smock or robe, and help us run efficiently.
Valuables
We request that you leave all jewelry at home. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Children
We regret that very young children cannot be left alone in the waiting area or join a parent in a treatment room. The rooms have a variety of equipment like sterilizers and steamers that may be unsafe if a child isn’t watched carefully. Please enjoy the benefits or your spa experience to the fullest without the worry of a child to watch over.
Cell Phones
Please help everyone relax and have a stress-free experience by shutting off your cell phone while in the treatment areas of the spa.
Privacy
During treatments, your body will be draped with sheets or towels to ensure your privacy. However, because your relaxation and enjoyment is our number one priority, please feel free to leave on as much clothing as makes you feel comfortable.
